11. CONSTRUCTION OF FRAMES AND SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS
We specialise in the production of metal frames for chairs, tables and components intended for serial production. Thanks to our know-how, we are able to offer highly customised solutions, supporting the customer from preliminary design through to final production.
Technology and Flexibility
We employ advanced robotic welding technologies (MIG, TIG and laser) together with a constantly updated fleet of machines to ensure maximum flexibility and precision.
We are able to perform any type of bending of pipes and rods, including linear bending, double-head bending, calendering and CNC bending with fixed or variable radius. A distinctive feature is that all the equipment required for these processes is designed and manufactured in-house, ensuring speed and maximum precision.
