The Iron Division of Essepieffe, with over 30 years of experience and robotic welding technologies (MIG, TIG, laser), produces custom-made metal frames for chairs and tables, ensuring complete solutions from design to serial production in compliance with the applicable quality and sustainability standards.
Our team includes CAD designers specialised in the use of 2D and 3D software for the creation of technical drawings and three-dimensional models, essential for the design and validation phases.
The creation of high-fidelity master models for furnishing accessories or components is a crucial step that directly precedes mould production and the industrialisation of the finished product.
Every project begins with an idea. The prototyping of furnishing accessories, furniture components or any object intended for industrialisation is a fundamental step that precedes the production and industrialisation of the product itself.
The upholstery department is the creative heart of the company: here, artisan tradition and technological innovation come together to transform the ideas of designers and companies into high-quality upholstered products.
Our technical department provides professional advice on projects supplied by customers, offering customised solutions for the creation of moulds for serial production and the optimisation of their functional mechanics. We specialise in the design and construction of resin and aluminium moulds.
Based on the design provided by the Customer, we manage the engineering and construction of the metal insert. Our service includes the creation of the welding template and the subsequent serial production of the insert.
Thanks to the use of moulds made from aluminium alloys, we guarantee significant savings on the initial investment. This makes rigid polyurethane technology the ideal solution for medium production runs, surpassing other injection moulding processes in terms of efficiency.
Starting from the Customer’s design, we engineer and manufacture customised metal frames and semi-finished products, drawing on years of experience and advanced robotic welding technologies.
The mould storage department is a dedicated area designed to ensure the preservation, management and traceability of the moulds used in the production processes.
The finishing and packaging department for polyurethane products represents the final phase of the production cycle, dedicated to the aesthetic and functional finishing of the products and their preparation for shipment
