14. QUALITY CONTROL

Ensuring that each product meets the required technical, aesthetic and functional standards is a strategic priority for the company.

Stages and Traceability

The control process begins with the Acceptance and Traceability of Batches: all incoming products are identified, recorded in the management systems and matched with their technical data sheets to ensure complete traceability throughout the inspection cycle.

  • Functional and Mechanical Checks: Execution of specific tests to ensure that the polyurethane complies with the required structural and performance parameters.
  • Chemical Checks: Where applicable (casting or foaming), spot checks are carried out to verify the correct internal consistency of the material.

Management and Documentation

In the event of anomalies, non-conformities are promptly managed to identify and correct errors at their source.

The department regularly produces inspection reports, compliance statistics and quality trend analyses in line with company standards and ISO regulations, ensuring complete documentation archiving.
