Today Essepieffe Italia manufactures iron-resin moulds of different sizes and characteristics, including semi-automatic systems with hydraulic, pneumatic or manual openings.
The company also offers a complete design service capable of transforming the customer’s idea into reality, progressing from 3D modelling with technical dimensions to the creation of the sample prototype and finally to the construction of the finished mould. A proven process that ensures total control and precision throughout every stage.
Our technicians work starting with both drawings provided by the customer and initial concepts to be developed, elaborating the engineering of the project through CAD-CAM software and proposing technical solutions optimised based on the customer’s specific requirements.
